Frozen shoulder syndrome, or adhesive capsulitis, is a frequent and excruciatingly painful shoulder condition that can prevent a patient from using the affected area. In orthopedic settings, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other allied health professionals are frequently requested to assist patients in reducing their discomfort and regaining strength, function, and range of motion in the injured shoulder.
