Course overview

This webinar series will present participants with current knowledge about veterinary behavioural medicine with a focus on animal welfare. We will discuss how the early life environment and experiences affects canine behaviour, as well as how behavioural indicators can provide insight into neurobehavioral development in feline. New and exciting research in the area of veterinary behavioural medicine will also be included in the program, including highlights from the literature on the welfare of dogs and cats under our care. The focus of the program will be on the role of the veterinarian in helping to resolve welfare concerns in companion animals.
