Course overview
The 2-hour course is designed specifically for mental health care providers and addresses root cause analysis as well as the impact of medical errors on the people we serve; mental health professionals; and the organizations we work for. This course meets license renewal requirements in FL Statute 456 and includes information on error reduction and prevention, patient safety, and root cause analysis.
