As rehabilitation professionals we can help women maintain and return to a comfortable level of physical health and fitness for their life goals. In this webinar Fiona Healy will discuss the current guidelines and recommendations for returning to postnatal exercise. She will outline the progression from low impact back to high impact including common exercise preferences such as walking cycling strength training and running.
