Jingjin Movement Training - Course 1
Tracking # 20-1169146
Course overview
Spinal health is fundamental to wellness, playing a key role in therapeutic outcome in recovery from injury or illness. Full spinal movement exercises the nervous system, improves visceral health, and opens circulation in the channel system by engaging the channel sinews (jingjin). This class will use a Qigong pattern to mobilize key regions of the spine, engage core musculature, and improve circulation in the organs. We will highlight the relevant jingjin involvement and address applications to wellness. This Qigong can be practiced for ones own health or used with patients in a clinical setting. We will look at key variations, modifications for injuries, common errors in practice, and progressions to properly advance with the exercises.
