In our first virtual journal club, Ann-Kristin Afflerbach will discuss her recent article in Clinical Chemistry, the leading international journal of clinical laboratory science. She will share background information on brain tumor classification by genomic methods. She will also describe new technology for determining the genome-wide methylation of brain tumors and demonstrate the feasibility of their new approach to classifying brain tumors.
