This program is designed to provide an overview of the impact of burnout on nurses and its implications for nursing practice. According to the American Nurses Association (ANA), results from a 2020 survey indicated that almost two-thirds of nurses (62%) experience burnout. In addition to defining the concept of burnout, this course aims to identify signs and symptoms of burnout and highlight best practices for burnout prevention.
