Course overview
This 2-hour course on the Treatment of Fibromyalgia Syndrome with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is designed to meet the requirements for an acupuncture license and NCCAOM certificate renewal. Fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) is a chronic condition characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain, fatigue, sleep disturbances, and cognitive problems. In this 2-hour CEU course, participants will explore the intricate understanding of FMS according to TCM principles, exploring its etiology, symptomatology, and treatment strategies. Through a combination of theory and practical application, participants will gain valuable insights into diagnosing and managing FMS using acupuncture, herbal medicine, and lifestyle modifications. This online course can be conveniently completed from your computer or mobile device at your own pace.
