This webinar discusses aspects of decolonizing mental health including, but not limited to, how colonialism has shaped history, the furthering of war by perpetuating the 'otherness', and capitalism being anchored by anti-black racism. This webinar is presented by Rashaad Abdur-Rahman, the founder and CEO of the Racial Healing Project. Rashaad has worked in the field of child and family mental health mental health services in various roles as a direct care counselor, case manager, therapist, consultant, trainer, supervisor, and program administrator.
