Please join us for this live online event as we examine the importance of healthy habits for clients and clinicians. Agenda: Participants will learn to define stress and identify the common symptoms and factors related to stress. Learn the difference between Disease vs. Dis-ease, and how stress impacts the brain. Explore well-being, the science behind the head/heart connection, shifting perception, and attuning to your needs to find personal balance. Finally, participants will learn CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Mindfulness skills to help clients create their own Personal Practice for emotional management.
