Course overview

Burnout is real and an all-too-common experience for clinicians. Agenda: In this training, clinicians will learn the difference between compassion fatigue and burnout, common signs and symptoms of both, and the importance of consulting and having a professional community as a support system. Clinicians will explore relational energetics (RE) and how RE impacts clients and clinicians. Participants will learn Didactical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills to promote self-care and avoid burnout. Clinicians will learn to apply these skills to their own personal practice and model them for clients in session. This training will be recorded and available with PPT after original airing.
