Course overview

This course familiarizes the student with the review procedures available to the State when a complaint is filed. It begins by exploring the make up of the State Appraisal Board both from a procedure and a current personnel perspective. How to prepare, what to expect, discussion of the penalties and fines available to the State. Upon completion, the student will be more familiar and better to handle a review if presented with the situation.
