Course Objective: Purpose: To introduce the learner to corporate compliance in health care settings. Learning Objectives 1. List 7 elements of an effective compliance program 2. List areas of risk involved in facilities that cause compliance issues. In part as a response to the governmental increased enforcement-and in part out of proactive measures to ensure good business policies-health care organizations have developed and implemented Corporate Compliance Programs.
