A 3-hour elective course (live, via Zoom) discussing the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics, NH laws and how they relate to each other. It is required of all Realtors every 3 years. Concepts discussed include ethics, arbitration, a detailed review of the Code of Ethics and conflicts with NH laws. It is approved as a PE course on Ethical Behavior.
