After completing this course, the practitioner will be able to: Define crew resource management (CRM) and identify the goals. List the advantages of CRM in emergency medical services (EMS). Outline the five guiding principles of CRM. Explain the roles of advocacy and appreciative inquiry in team communication Identify the characteristics of effective team leaders and team members. Detail strategies to prevent and reduce human errors through the application of CRM.
