Acupuncture Point Combinations to treat Self-Esteem, the Inner Critic and Shn Scars

Course overview

In Chinese medicine, self-esteem is the domain of the Emperor Heart. When the Emperor is joyful and content, there will be a strong sense of self. But self-esteem can be affected by external influences or internal influences, and that is where the Pericardium, or Heart Protector comes in. Both organs are vital to consider when treating self-esteem. But what about the other concepts mentioned in the title of this workshop - the Inner Critic and Shén Scars? The inner critic is a vital component of our self, as long as it has two things: an opposite and an off switch. We will discuss these in detail.
