Introduction to Positive Veterinary Leadership

Course overview

Based on Josh Vaisman's book, "Lead to Thrive: The Science of Crafting a Positive Veterinary Culture", this on-demand program will introduce participants to the art & science of positive veterinary leadership. By way of small-bit modules, students will be introduced to the environmental elements leaders can cultivate to create thriving, high-performing veterinary teams. Students will learn evidence-based leadership concepts and some simple tools to apply skills and knowledge "in the real world". This 10-module program is self-paced and includes brief quizzes to assess student learning.
