Are you ready to learn about functional integration strategies and tools beyond the basics? The 2024 Sensational Brain Summit provides practitioners and educators with the knowledge to promote integration through functional movements and play. This year's topics include primitive reflexes in the preschool setting, the connection between ADHD and retained reflexes, and using consistent visual tools to promote integration across a variety of settings. Three, 2-hour courses build on foundational knowledge about primitive reflexes to take clinical expertise to the next level. You leave the summit with actionable intervention ideas to implement immediately into your classroom or practice! Bonus: The Summit ends with an interactive Q&A session. Session 1: Integrating Primitive Reflexes in the Preschool Setting (0.2), Session 2: Improving ADHD Through Reflex Integration Techniques (0.2), and Session 3: Reflex Integration Tools for the Pediatric Profession (0.2), Bonus: interactive Q&A session. This 6-hour, hosted by Zoom is targeted to pediatric OTs, COTAs, SLPs, PTs, PTAs, educators, parents, and other pediatric professionals. This distance-learning, interactive format is offered at 0.6 CEUs, Introductory Level, OT Service Delivery, Foundational Knowledge, and targeted to introductory- to intermediate-level OTs and COTAs. The course instructor, Rachel Harrington, COTA/L, CPRCS, is a pediatric occupational therapy assistant, passionate about sensory integration, primitive reflexes, and early intervention.
