Course overview

Lateral elbow tendinopathy (LET), or tennis elbow, is a common musculoskeletal condition seen in individuals of all ages. In this course, physical and occupational therapy professionals will learn the common causes, typical presentation and examination findings, and differential diagnoses related to lateral elbow pain. The effectiveness of various therapeutic interventions, including exercise, activity modification, dry needling, and physical agent modalities are discussed. A case study is used to demonstrate goal setting and treatment progression. This course provides occupational and physical therapy providers with evidence-based methods for recognizing, evaluating, and treating lateral elbow tendinopathy.
