The Human Body Part 1 - Critical Systems
Tracking # 20-1198364
Course overview
EMS conducts an assessment, determines the best course of action, administers treatment, transfers care, and documents the encounter. For each of these steps, it is essential to have a good understanding of the parts that make up the human body and how they work. This course reviews the appropriate anatomical references and landmarks that have become standard in medicine. We will also explore the anatomy and physiology of three critical body systems, neurologic, respiratory, and cardiovascular, and consider some common problems with those systems.
