Know The Flow is a course that is designed to reintroduce agents to the closing process from the perspective of a title company. Topics include: standard conveyancing practices vs law, title insurance and setting consumer expectations of closing. Upon completion of this course, agents will be equipped to better communicate though the title process and with clients from contract though closing.
