Course overview

This course is designed to provide a road map of the of the complete purchase transaction in the State of New Hampshire with a strong emphasis on Investment Properties. The course will provide a detailed look into the following topics for the approximate time allocated. 10 min- Difference between Prequalification and Preapproval 10 min- Difference between mortgage brokers and bankers 1:00 hour- How rapid rescore can save a deal 1:00 hour- How to determine which loan program to use. 10 min- Airbnb DNA 20 min- Airbnb, Investment, Seller paid items 10 min- Case study using FHA 203KS rehab loan to solve collateral challenges Total time 3:00 hours I will include a question-and-answer session which is designed to take real challenges in the marketplace and collectively provide solutions from experience. An attendance form will be passed out in the beginning of the class with all contact information listed along with a required signature. I will distribute affidavits at the end of the class as well as keep the attendance class list in my file records. If a participant is tardy, they will not receive credit for the class. Cancellations will be notified by email and or phone, a full refund will be issued is applicable.
