Course overview

Old Title, New Construction is designed to explain the unique title concerns and mortgage tools that address construction financing and real estate development. This course is two hours in length and discusses issues related to development, approval sources, title concerns, title insurance and mortgage vehicles/programs. Also addressed is the importance of "The Free Market Test" in property development or the need to update and modernize a title so that its existing usage can align with contemporary intent and law.
