Unfortunately we have all experienced conflict in the workplace. Conflict resolution skills are critical to all levels of leadership. In this fourth course in the series, Becky Tarr covers the conflict resolution process including the skills needed to be effective. She also discusses mediation, arbitration, and elements of a successful negotiation. Suggested Audience: Directors, Managers, Supervisors and other leaders in the organization Upon completion of this presentation, you should be able to: Define conflict resolution. List three steps in the conflict resolution process. Describe two different conflict resolution skills. Differentiate between mediation and arbitration.
