Calling all supervisors working in agencies that respond with families experiencing domestic violence. How can you help lead staff towards effective, safe and trauma informed responses when working with survivors and offenders? This training will help supervisors: Understand supervision liabilities related to domestic violence case; Improve skills and knowledge of mandates and model policies when responding with families experiencing domestic violence; Prepare professionals to recognize domestic violence dynamics in every day practice; and Address ethical decisions in the workplace.
