Course overview
Sexuality is an important part of a persons health and well being. While sexuality is lifelong, age and disease can affect sexual function. This course discusses how the healthcare team can support residents sexual and intimacy needs as well as ethical considerations and biases. The goal of this course is to educate healthcare professionals on aging and sexuality in long-term care.
