Exploring and Preventing Youth Suicide

Course overview
Suicide among children and youth is a serious public health concern that can have lasting harmful effects on individuals, families, and communities. There are many variables that may contribute to youth suicide rates, however, often times these warning signs may not be recognized and treated appropriately. Therefore, this course will review effective prevention and intervention strategies to promote awareness and prevention of suicide for youth.
