To be successful, it takes a great deal of flexibility and a clear understanding of how to guide the supervisee through this process. In this course, you will be provided with an overview of reflective supervision, as well as guidance about how to promote reflective practice in supervision. This course will illustrate how reflective supervision can benefit you, your supervisees, your organization, and ultimately your clients. You will learn how reflective supervision can deepen insight and improve service provision to clients while supporting supervisees in a manner that staves off burnout.
