Hepatitis C virus (HCV) is the most common chronic bloodborne infection in the United States, and is a leading cause of liver disease and hepatocellular cancer. Course objectives include: * Name the primary ways that HCV is transmitted. * List clinical indicators of both acute and chronic HCV infection.
