Course overview

As part of the juvenile justice reform efforts in Michigan, community-based services and programs are encouraged and incentivized through the legislative changes to the Child Care Fund (CCF). Effective October 1, 2024, CCF eligibility will also include programs and services at the point in which a complaint, referral, or petition is received. CCF reimbursement to counties increases to 75 percent for in-home care expenses including community-based supervision, services, and related practices.\ ***This course is now available in the SCAO Learning Center***
