This program is to provide current information about the care and education of patients who wear contact lenses. After you study the information presented here, you will be able to: identify three different kinds of contact lenses. Describe how to remove hard and soft contact lenses from an unconscious patient. Relate two important points each when assessing and teaching a patient who wears contact lenses.
