Join me to explore the world of three adults who have all used play and art-based activities to support breakthroughs in their journey. You will learn how play can be used for: Moments of breakthrough Enhanced safety and the ability to share moments of joy and laughter without guilt through the grief process. Experiential learning moments to shift negative cognitive beliefs. Use of metaphors to enhance understanding of childhood relationships and how they impact current life. The use of art to explore infidelity and the use of play to reconnect and reengage in the relationship
