Course overview

Lumbar radiculopathy affects approximately 3-5% of the population. It is commonly caused by nerve root compression and causes symptoms to radiate to the lower extremities. Many different conservative interventions can be used to help manage lumbar radiculopathy but treatment choice depends on individual patient factors including the cause and severity of symptoms. Following on from the Lumbar Radiculopathy Assessment course this course delves into rehabilitation interventions for individuals experiencing lumbar radiculopathy. It examines the evidence base for different treatments and provides insights from Dr. Nick Rainey on effective patient management strategies. This course aims to explore evidence-based treatments for lumbar radiculopathy.
