Jeffrey Nicholson, PhD, PA-C, Med, MPAS, DFAAPA will analyze actual malpractice cases that he has testified for, both on the plaintiff and defense sides. Common themes in clinical judgement errors emerge from these cases that will provide a basis for recommendations to reduce your own risk in clinical practice. Suggestions will be made as to the steps you and your workplace can take to avoid errors and keep patients safe.
