Mentor Program

Course overview

This training is designed to equip staff with appropriate mentoring skills. Mentors are selected based on their leadership potential and they will be facilitating the new hire during the probation period. This is to ensure all staff are adequately trained to provide optimal care for residents and to ensure a thorough understanding of the expectations at the community in which they work. To provide support & guidance and to cultivate the kind of teamwork and cohesiveness that results in quality care.
