Building Engagement and Alignment in MST-PSB

Course overview

This quarterly booster (training) is designed to increase engagement skills when interacting with the clients and families of MST-PSB. The trainees will have an opportunity to discuss potential barriers to engaging with families/clients, and have opportunities to refine and practice skills developed to increase engagement. The training will weave didactic materials with experiential exercises and expose trainees to different methods of learning.
