Course overview

Traditional Thai massage techniques modified to the massage table. Participants will learn a basic routine covering sen lines, myofascial stretching, and assisted yoga poses. Much care has taken to keep the integrity of this classical massage therapy while adapting techniques for the use of the massage table. Advantages are less strain on massage therapists back and knees. Many MT's are used to, and prefer to work on the massage table, and can easily learn these great compression and stretching techniques for an additional modality in their practice without hurting their own bodies in the process.
