Course overview

Communication is key to successful transformations. Many leadership factors continue to affect the success of a leader, with or without change, including communication, humility, and accountability. Communication is more than just soliciting buy-in from stakeholders or updating the team on the progress; it involves coaching and engaging employees, allowing them to express their concern with the change. There are five key aspects a leader must provide followers for success: vision, skills, incentive, tools, and action plan. Change will occur if all five aspects exist, but without one aspect, the change is set for failure.
