When dealing with limited amount of FFPE tissue material, have you ever wished you could look at multiple immunohistochemical (IHC) markers on the same slide without moving into fluorescence? This workshop will discuss the option of multiplex chromogenic immunohistochemistry utilizing brightfield staining, along with the rising digital histology infrastructure to look at multiple antibodies stains overlayed. Throughout the workshop, we will discuss how to determine whether multiplex is needed, setting up the multiplex assay, how to troubleshoot common challenges, and scanning/stripping the slides.
