Gastrointestinal Pathology: The gut, the stains & the rationale

Course overview

As a pathologist and Laboratory Manager, we will discuss the basics for gastrointestinal tissue processing. We will have a discussion of the macroscopic technique as well as embedding and cutting. The presentation will include slide images of sections with some special stains to include IHC. We welcome questions and audience participation.
