Participants will be able to give 5 reasons why supervisors should treat their employees as individuals, identify 6 ways to get to know employees as individuals, explain why using the ?golden rule? does not work in the workplace, apply information about individual behavioral styles towards more effective interactions with others, apply an adapted version of an established ?personality test? to better understand employees? behaviors and identify ways to adapt their own behaviors to those of others
