Course overview

This session will touch on the science behind transparent tissues and why such a thing might be of interest and have utility, including topics of scatter, absorption, refraction and refractive index. The session will also discuss Diesseroths contributions on clarity and also Ueda Matsumodo and CUBIC. Lastly, it will cover toxic vs non-toxic science and protecting histologists and the work of Kwanghun Chungs work and how that all of this is impacting the future of clearing.
