Course overview

During this workshop the attendee will get a deeper understanding of a what a Root Cause Analysis is. Attendees will define the problem, map the current process, find the root cause using tools, 5 whys, Fishbone, FMEA and process map, The attendee will develop and implement a solution and monitor to assess the effectiveness. The attendee will walk away with labs scenarios to take back and share with their labs.
