Complementary Techniques is part of the Pelvic Care for Acupuncturists series. This is class discusses a variety of techniques that go beyond the needle and what we can do on the table. An investment in one's pelvic care at home increases the success rates. This class covers client education and client home programs including breathing exercises, strengthening techniques, acupressure, self massage, hygiene, healthy sex habits, tools for home use and pelvic fumigation techniques.
