This course covers the anatomy of the core and the concept of core stability. This course discusses how the core supports human movement during every day activities to advanced athletics. Utilizing demonstrations, case studies, and interactive learning activities, students will learn techniques to assess core function and identify muscle imbalances. Additionally, learners will learn how to program exercise interventions to remedy deficits and improve muscle performance.
