A statement of the educational goals and objectives of the program. This education module is aimed for practicing occupational therapists (OT) and occupational therapy assistants (OTA) who are or intend to be fieldwork educators for OT/OTA students. Initial studies indicate that bullying & incivility is present in the fieldwork environment having a negative impact on the confidence and performance levels of the OT/OTA students. This module is designed to increase awareness of the types of bullying that may occur during fieldwork, relaying the impact that bullying has had on students, and provide education on a new framework (Fieldwork Quality of Life) designed to address the quality of the relationship between the fieldwork educator and student. Objectives of the program include: Identify the differences between incivility and bullying in the workplace environment. Understand the long-term effects bullying and incivility may have on the careers and personal lives of occupational therapy personnel. Identify key factors occurring during the fieldwork experience that may indicate the presence of incivility and bullying.

Disclosure statements
The course is delivered in a hybrid format. The participant will first engage in an asynchronous education module consisting of a pre- and post-course section then three modules:
1. Informed consent. The participant will complete an informed consent as this module is also part of an Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved study and data is being collected to allow for future improvements to the module.

b. Pre-Course survey to determine their existing knowledge of the topic
2. Module 1: Bullying & Incivility in the Rehabilitation Workplace
a. Introduced to terminology in incivility & bullying
b. Discusses evidence on the prevalence and impact of incivility & Bullying in OT fieldwork
c. A knowledge check is given at the end before progressing to the next module
3. Module 2: Bullying & Incivility: The Lived Experience: A documentary of multiple interviews with practicing occupational therapy professionals who experienced bullying during their fieldwork experience and lasting imprint the experience has had on their careers and personal lives (release statements were signed by the interviewees and their identities have been masked).
a. A knowledge check is given at the end of the module
4. Module 3: Fieldwork Quality of Life: A presentation looking into a novel framework to address the quality of the relationship between the fieldwork educator and the fieldwork student to assist in reducing the presence of incivility & bullying as well as improving student performance.
a. A knowledge check is given at the end of the module.
5. Course Conclusion:
a. Post-course survey to determine any changes in knowledge for the participants

c. Registration for an individualized follow-up interview and discussion
