Ear seeds are used in jails and prisons to support incarcerated people create a sense of calm and foster resilience. Ear seeds can help children to focus on their schoolwork. Medical professionals even use it amongst themselves to reduce burnout from demanding jobs. Ear acupressure with ear seeds, beads, or magnets is a simple yet effective modality on its own or to augment an acupuncture treatment. With this course, you will read research on ear seeds and stories from people who use ear seeds in their work in public health. You will also learn (or review) a handful of ear seed protocols you can practice immediately.
