This training introduces participants to the concept of post-traumatic growth, with particular attention to five areas in which it shows up. This training also offers specific examples of post-traumatic growth and how to encourage it when working with individuals who have experienced significant trauma. Level of Course: Beginner Objectives: 1. Describe post-traumatic growth (PTG). 2. Identify practical examples of post-traumatic growth. 3. Describe solutions and interventions that encourage and facilitate the development of post-traumatic growth.
