Real estate agents will better serve their clients by gaining an understanding of how ethical behavior should be applied in their dealings with all customers, clients, other licensees and the general public. The Realtor code is explored as a personal and business ethical model that is industry specific and accounts for the potential conflicts that can be encountered in various roles.

The Maine Real Estate Commission is interested in the quality and delivery of educational programs which are offered to licensees and, therefore, welcomes and encourages comments regarding program subject matter and quality of the delivery of the program. 

The New Hampshire Commission requires students to put away any electronic devices during class (other than for personal non-work related emergency reasons pre-approved by the instructor) with the consequence that no education credit will be given if students are using an electronic device during class.
