Course overview

This training discusses how to identify performance issues and to support and motivate licensees who may be struggling to provide competent client service. The training covers ethical and fact-based documentation of performance, performance improvement plans and interventions to raise skill levels and ensure ethical service delivery, and how to have hard conversations around ethics and clinical expectations. With practical clinical examples, ethical considerations for both the supervisor and supervisee/licensee, and action items to take back to the workplace, this training will be beneficial to both emerging and established leaders in the social service field.
